Editor, the Advocate:

Many, many thanks to FedEx Freight Co., of Victoria, for again transporting more than four tons of quilts, blankets, soap, health care items, baby care items and school kits for free. As in years past, the dispatchers and driver were courteous, prompt and willing to go to great lengths to assist us. The delivery of these Lutheran World Relief items to Seguin is greatly appreciated.

Seventeen Lutheran churches in the area contributed the above mentioned items, which will be distributed to countries around the world as needed. Thanks to all of you! And to Clarence and Donna Heinhold, Jerry and Pat Wanjura, Morris and Billie Hanke, Ella Goebel and Harold Hartman: Thank you for spending your day unloading vehicles and packing the truck. Pastor Beale, we appreciate the delicious lunch you provided for us. God's blessings to all!

Barbara Hartman, Bluebonnet Conference Coordinator, Cuero
