Two Victoria sisters were rushed to a Victoria hospital Tuesday night after being hurt in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 87 and Raab Road.

A state trooper at the scene described the girls’ injuries as non-life-threatening.

The crash occurred about 9:45 p.m. when a 16-year-old female driver of a 2008 Nissan Ultima pulled out of Raab Road and into the highway’s northbound lanes, said Trooper Jeremiah Collins of the Department of Public Safety.
