Two more people have been arrested in connection with the Jan. 11 robbery of the Cuero Dairy Queen.
Five people have now been arrested in the case, said Cuero Police Sgt. Sam Saunders.
About 4:30 p.m. Friday, Cuero police, with assistance from the U.S. Marshal's Service, arrested Justin Austin, 24, and Darien Patton, 21, both of Cuero.
The men have been charged with two first-degree felonies, aggravated robbery and engaging in organized criminal activity.
Previously arrested and facing the same charges were Joshua Williams, 20, Dedrick Griffin, 18, and Mary Villarreal, 18.
Villarreal worked for the restaurant at the time of the robbery while Williams and Patton had quit their jobs there about a week before, said Saunders.
About $1,000 in cash was taken, and much of it was recovered the night of the robbery. A handgun was also found in a car and was believed to be used during the robbery.
