After record rain, fog Thursday's concern

After record rainfall in Victoria Wednesday, fog is the main issue on Thursday with areas of fog before 10 a.m.

A record 1.05 inches of rain fell Wednesday, topping the previous record for Feb. 5 of 1/2 inch set in 1967, according to the National Weather Service.

Thursday's forecast also calls for cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 76. North wind 5 to 7 mph becoming calm.

Areas of fog Thursday night between midnight and 2 a.m. Otherwise, partly cloudy, with a low around 51.

South southeast wind 5 to 11 mph becoming northwest after midnight.
