Golden Corral Restaurant is expected to close soon to undergo a $1 million renovation.
"We just have new concepts," said Timothy Glenn, restaurant manager. "It's going to be a different style."
The city has issued a permit for the renovations listing the value of the work at $1,066,000.
The store is 28 years old.
Glenn said he did not know when the restaurant would close for the work but the work should take about three months to complete.
