Customer applauds speedy repair, good service

I am writing this letter to recognize exceptional customer service I recently encountered here in Victoria. The heater in my car decided to go out on me in the middle of winter, and I was looking to have it repaired. I took my vehicle into Precision Tune Auto Care, where I was given a quote and option to have it repaired. The repair included removing the dashboard, which can be a slow and tedious process, and not all body shops are willing to do this.

We all know what an inconvenience it can be to be without a vehicle, and I was not looking forward to nearly two days without a car. I dropped my car off Monday morning and received a call later in the afternoon notifying me that it was ready to be picked up. I really appreciated the effort put forth by this company to ensure the return of my vehicle within a day on such a time-consuming repair and to ensure that my heater was repaired when it was needed most during this cold spell. I would highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care and appreciate the wonderful customer service and friendly attitude of their entire staff. Thank you!
