Callers talk about death penalty, more
I was reading about that man who admitted that he did the graffiti on the Islamic Center. I don't think he did it; I think he just wants to go to jail, get three square meals and a place to reside. He admitted it too fast.
I am 100 percent for the death penalty. Thank you.
Concerning the section E, June 29 article titled "Gay Marriage Doesn't Hurt the Church," where does the author get her advice or her feelings that her self-proclaimed intellectual conclusions had some validity? Let me suggest that the author replace her Star Wars reading, and replace it with reading the Bible. Isn't she lucky that her prayers didn't concur with her column fodder and left her out.
Yes, I do support the death penalty.
On the Zimmerman case, if Zimmerman had been a white man, the media wouldn't have made a big fuss; and besides that, how about O.J. Simpson - he got away with murder. And that girl down there in Florida, she got away with killing her baby. So many people are getting away with murder. And just because he's black, they make a big fuss over it. If he'd been white, they'd never say nothing about it in the media. They always play it up big in the news, the media does.
The media made a big sideshow out of that Zimmerman trial down there, and they get on something, the media does, and it's harp, harp, harp all the time about something like that. Let the law do its work; let the jurors do their work. Our justice system does its job, and whether we like it or not, they are still our laws. So that's it. Boo-hoo.
