A 10 year-old boy was injured when he flipped over the handlebars of an all-terrain vehicle four-wheeler around 8 p.m. Monday.
The boy, who was on private property on Wood Duck Court, jumped a wooden ramp and flipped over the ATV's handlebars, said Hank Cunningham, Victoria County Sheriff's Office deputy. The ATV did not land on him.
He was taken to DeTar Hospital North to be checked out, Cunningham said.
Another 10-year-old boy was watching and was not injured.
