Editor, the Advocate:
This letter is to whomever committed the kidnapping of the birds. You not only stole some birds, you kidnapped members of someone's family! The amount of personal pain and distress you caused this family is inhumane. All you saw when you stole the birds was "quick money." What they saw when they walked in that morning was the loss of something dear to them. I only hope that your thievery doesn't come back to haunt you some day in the loss of a dear family member of yours. Have some compassion for the birds as well. They become very stressed and can pluck out all their feathers, have intestinal problems or even die. So please, be compassionate. Bring them back home to the people who love them where they feel at home. The sad part is: You probably don't care. May God have mercy upon you.
