Readers of the Victoria Advocate have voted TNT the best breakfast taco restaurant four years in a row.
Reyna Herrera, owner and president of TNT, was excited to hear her restaurant was still the reigning title holder in the Advocate's Best of the Best.
"It's got to be the tortillas," she said. "We still hand-roll our tortillas and make them the old-fashioned way. We don't use a machine."
But a breakfast taco is nothing without a good filling. TNT has more than 15 different kinds of breakfast tacos, said Herrera. The most popular is the TNT combo taco, which includes sausage, eggs, beans, bacon, chorizo and cheese.
"We'll also make whatever you want," she said. "If they want it made a certain way, we can do that for them."
For nearly 25 years, Herrera said her favorite is the bacon, egg, cheese and potato taco.
