Strong wind advisory Thursday afternoon

A strong cold front will bring high winds to the Victoria area Thursday.
The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory from 2 to 10 p.m.
Sustained north winds from 25 to 35 mph with gusts to around 40 mph are expected.
Otherwise mostly cloudy, with a temperature falling to around 63 by 5 p.m. and a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms.
The chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
Mostly cloudy Thursday night, with a low around 45. Breezy, with a north northwest wind 23 to 26 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph.
