Two Victoria men were killed Friday in a two-vehicle wreck on U.S. Highway 59 in Goliad County near the Bee County line.

A 58-year-old man and 46-year-old man were west on U.S. 59 in a 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe when they crossed the center stripe and struck a motor home carrying a sports utility vehicle about 2:43 p.m., said Department of Public Safety Trooper Spokesman Gerald Bryant.

The couple in the motor home, a 65-year-old man and 58-year-old woman from Sioux Falls, S.D., were taken to Spohn Hospital in Beeville.

Names of the deceased were not released, because it is pending notification of next of kin, Bryant said.
