Victoria College's Workforce and Continuing Education Department, in partnership with ed2go, offers hundreds of quality, noncredit online courses and is pleased to announce the launch of its newest offering: "Certificate in Food, Nutrition and Health."
The course provides an overview of current food and nutrition issues and their impact on physical, social, emotional and spiritual health. This certificate is designed for people working in the health care field and anyone else interested in the topic.
Participants in these courses will learn at their convenience through well-crafted lessons, expert online instruction and interaction with fellow students.
They have the flexibility to study at their own pace combined with the structure and support to complete the course. They can also access the classroom 24/7 from anywhere with an Internet connection.
New sessions of each course run every month. The courses are entirely Web-based. A dedicated professional instructor facilitates every course, pacing learners, answering questions, giving feedback and facilitating discussions.
