KINGSVILLE - Robert Armstrong was selected to the first team of the All-Lone Star Conference football team at wide receiver.

Armstrong, a senior from Cuero, had 66 receptions for 761 yards and eight touchdowns. The 66 receptions were one shy of the school's single-season record that Armstrong set last year.

Armstrong ended his career with 229 receptions and 33 touchdown catches, both school records.

Defensive back Trevor Pesek, an Industrial graduate, was named to the conference's all-academic team.
