Citizens crowns its best pink pumpkin

Citizens Medical Center's first pink pumpkin contest was tough to judge, but only one could win.
Citizens' medical records department won first place with its nearly full-body pumpkin, said spokeswoman Shannon Spree.
The pharmacy department came in second, and the Women's Diagnostic Center came in third. Pumpkins were judged based on most creative, best use of pink and most fashionable.
"We had 33 amazing, creative entries," Spree said. "The first three places were very close in score."
The pumpkins support breast cancer awareness and will be at Citizens' pink pumpkin patch at Saturday's Walk for Hope at Citizens HealthPlex.
