First Pentecostal Fun Day features inflatables, auction, family fun

The First Pentecostal Church of Edna will hold its 19th annual Family Fun Day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at 807 Apollo Drive in Edna.
Proceeds will benefit the Edna Christian Academy building project.
This year's activities will include several games, horse rides, petting zoo, auction, concessions, hourly cakewalks and door prizes. The event will also feature several inflatables, including a military rush obstacle course, the King Croc Slide and a castle bounce house.
New activities this year include a calf scramble (ages 7-10), a lil' wrangler goat scramble (ages 3-6) and stick horse barrel races (ages 2-5).
Guests can also visit Nona's Country Store, where a variety of homemade baked items, canned goods and crafts will be sold.
The Fun Day auction will begin at 11 a.m.
Admission to the Fun Day is free, and visitors can purchase tickets for the day's activities. A $20 wristband will be sold for unlimited access to all activities and inflatables, along with 15 free tickets that can be used for any game. A discount will be offered to families with several children.
