St. Joseph High School invites prospective students to shadow its freshmen to get a taste of Catholic high school.

The Shadow Days fall on days Victoria school district students are not scheduled to be at school - Oct. 28 and Nov. 11.

The visiting students will sit in class with their designated guides to sample the private school's faith-based style of instruction.

A full year's tuition at St. Joseph is $9,100 this year, up from last year's $8,750.

"We gave students $440,000 in assistance last year," Jennifer Korinek, school admissions coordinator, said. "We want people to know that assistance is available."

To sign up for a Shadow Day, contact Korinek at 361-573-2446, ext. 17.
