Three people were treated and released from the hospital following a two-vehicle wreck Monday night in DeWitt County.
Joshua Watkins, 21, the driver of a 2009 Nissan Altima, and two passengers in his car, Morgan Campos, 17, and Rylann Williams, 16, were treated and released from Cuero Community Hospital, according to a Texas Department of Public Safety report.
Around 7:13 p.m. Watkins, stopped at a stop sign on Farm-to-Market Road 237, but struck the back quarter of a Ford F-250 pickup pulling a trailer that was traveling north on U.S. Highway 183, said Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman Trooper Gerald Bryant.
The passenger car also spun around and struck the trailer.
The driver of the pickup, Adolfo Benavides, 50, of Alice, was not injured.
Trooper Dustin Slovacek investigated the crash.
