Police think injured Shiner man linked to blood at burglary scene

A 31-year-old Shiner man was arrested Thursday after a Shiner resident told police about a possible burglary in progress.
The resident saw a man break a kitchen window and enter a home, according to a news release issued by the Shiner Police Department.
While police searched the house, officer Will Horton noticed blood on the broken glass and floor. He checked the area, looking for the man. He found a man with a bleeding wound on his right hand and a bottle of wine walking near the home, according to the news release.
Aaron Kyle Marsh was arrested and charged with burglary of a habitation. He was taken to the Lavaca County Jail, according to the release.
