Two people were hospitalized after a vehicle rolled over in Bloomington on Monday afternoon.
A 1999 GMC Jimmy, driven by Jennifer Ann Rhymer, 31, of Bloomington, was southbound on state Highway 185.
A 1992 Honda Civic, driven by Fabian Soria, 24, of Victoria, was also traveling south on state Highway 185 behind the GMC, said Department of Public Safety Trooper Gerald Bryant.
The GMC braked to turn right onto 8th Street, and the Honda hit it from behind, causing it to flip over at 5:37 p.m., Bryant said.
Firefighters used the jaws of life to extract Rhymer and her father, Ruphus Rhymer, 60, also of Bloomington, from the GMC.
Jennifer Rhymer was taken to Citizens Medical Center, where she was treated and released. Her father did not request treatment.
Soria also did not request treatment. His passenger, Jimmy Luna, 46, of Bloomington, was taken to DeTar Hospital Navarro. Luna's condition was unavailable.
Soria received a ticket for failing to control speed, Bryant said.
Trooper Vern Sterry investigated the crash.
