Columnist shouldn't claim to know intent?

Editor, the Advocate:

With regard to Jenna Fryer's AP Auto Racing Writer column that ran in the Advocate's sports section Aug. 12 about Tony Stewart and the killing of Kevin Ward Jr., how can Fryer so callously presume to know Stewart's intent?

Evidently, she has not seen the film on YouTube of Stewart intentionally swerving into Ward. I have seen it, along with countless others, and it is just horrible beyond belief that Fryer could condone this killing.
