Hispanic church holds groundbreaking ceremony

Centro Hispano Pentecostal Church in Victoria is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony at 6:15 p.m. Saturday to announce the grand opening of its new church.

A ceremony will follow, led by the Rev. Octavio Munoz, of Houston, who has more than 30 years of experience in Christian missionary work in Mexico.
