Memorial: Jonathon Stithem was supporter of livestock show

Jonathon Stithem died Sept. 16, 2013. He was the son of David and Toni Stithem.

He also left behind sisters Kristina Burks, Jennifer (husband Jay) Laughlin, brother Allan Stithem, nephew James Stithem, niece Evelynn Burks, grandfather Clifford Stithem, grandparents Allan and Ada Kindrick and many other family members and friends.

Jonathon was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and a charter member of the Victoria County Fair Association. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and was assistant leader of Troop 113. He was a waiter at Casa Ole and was proudly enlisted in the U.S. Navy.

Jonathon supported Warrior's Weekend and other veteran events. He was a 2011 graduate of Memorial High School. He was a lifetime supporter of the Victoria Livestock Show, working every year in the concession stand and three years with the show security. He was a recipient of a 2011 Victoria Livestock Show scholarship.
