60 percent chance of rain Tuesday night

Tuesday will bring a high in the mid-70s in the Crossroads, dropping to a low around 51 tonight.
There is a 30 percent chance for some light showers and light rain this morning and throughout today, a meteorologist with the National Weather Services in Corpus Christi said.
Tonight the likelihood for rain will increase to 60 percent, with the possibility of an isolated thunderstorm, she said. Residents can expect patchy fog closer to midnight tonight.
An east to southeast wind around 5-10 mph during the day will become northerly after midnight, she said. The winds are expected to pick up to 10-15 mph around sunrise Wednesday, she said.
