A 40-year-old Victoria man was arrested Wednesday on felony warrants charging him with four counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and engaging in organized crime.

Marcus Wayne Munoz was arrested at his mother's house in the 1600 block of East Mesquite Lane on Wednesday afternoon.

He was found locked in his bedroom with his girlfriend, according to an arrest report at the Victoria County Sheriff's Office.

Munoz also was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone. Deputies decided to search the room after seeing a mirror with a razor blade lying on it, copper brillo and a pack of cigarillos lying on the floor in plain view, according to the arrest report.

Multiple crack pipes, more copper brillo, push rods, a marijuana joint roach, a broken crack pipe and a white, rock-like substance that tested positive for cocaine were found, according the report.

Juanita Elizondo, 31, was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Both were transported and booked at the county jail. Bond for all of Munoz's charges was not set. Elizondo is being held on a $5,500 bail.

Munoz was previously convicted of a 2003 driving while intoxicated case in Jackson County and a 2011 possession of marijuana case in Victoria County, according to court documents.

Elizondo does not have a known criminal history.
