Editor, the Advocate:

Reminiscing: Some 70 years ago, my son, Larry Sedlmeyer, was attending elementary school in San Antonio. One morning, I was at work while his grandma was fixing his breakfast. She phoned me, screaming, "Larry's got lice!"

"How do you know?" I asked.

Grandma answered, "He is scratching his head with his fork."

Back in those days, the pharmacist had a concoction he called "Red Percipity" for treating lice. It really worked.
