My wife's car wouldn't start and was stranded on Medical Drive. I thought it was the battery, so I tried to jump it for two days to no avail. My wife called the service department at Nissan. They suggested replacing the battery on the remote because of the symbol showing a key on the panel. After that was done, it still would not start. Larry Salinas, one of the service advisers at Nissan, said he would try something else to get it started but to no avail. Back at the service department, he looked up our extended warranty, had the car towed to Nissan and had it fixed the next day. It didn't cost us anything, not even towing. We are so impressed with the service department at Nissan, especially Larry Salinas, who went above and beyond his duty to help us.
Thank you, Nissan Service Department, and Mr. Salinas. You put the "S" in service.
