The H-E-B Community Investment Program has awarded $1,500 to Our Lady of Victory Catholic School.

The investment was made to expand the school's Learning Through Reading Program.

Classic literature will be used to develop and enhance learning for seventh- and eighth-graders, OLV teacher Teresa Childress wrote in a news release.

The Community Investment Program offers support to programs that offer visible and positive differences in education, Childress wrote.
