A man with ties to Victoria, Beeville, Odessa and Port Lavaca was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.
Law enforcement is asking for the public's help to find Leo Click Jr., 43, who is wanted for injury to a child, criminally negligent homicide and a parole violation.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is offering a $7,500 cash reward for information leading to his capture.
Capital Area Crime Stoppers and the Victoria Crime Stoppers are offering additional rewards for Click's arrest.
Click allegedly crossed the center line while driving on state Highway 35 in Refugio County on Aug. 18. The resulting crash killed two people and injured six others.
A grand jury returned the injury to a child and criminally negligent homicide indictments for Click in November.

He is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He may have physical disabilities to his lower extremities, related to the 2013 crash, and he has multiple tattoos.
