The concert, the third in VC's 2013-14 Guest and Faculty Recital Series, is free and open to the public.
The two private voice instructors will perform one duet and a variety of solo vocal works assisted by Ruth Williams on the piano and Marylynn Fletcher on piano and violin.

Fuhrman will sing works in Latin, English, German and Hebrew.
Balmer will sing works in Latin, English, German, French and Spanish.
A native of San Antonio, Balmer lives in Yoakum with her husband and three children. By day, she directs the Edna High School Choir and Theatre Programs, serves as an adjunct faculty member at Victoria College, and maintains a small private voice studio. By night, she has performed regionally with the San Antonio Chamber Choir and the San Antonio Opera and works with Theatre Victoria where she has been the music director for "Annie," "The Marvelous Wonderettes," and "Beauty and the Beast," in addition to working with the Theatre's education programs.
Fuhrman has enjoyed singing as long as she can remember. After graduating from Victoria College, she earned her Bachelor of Music Education from East Texas State University and her Master of Music in vocal performance from Southwest Texas State University where she also studied piano and composition.
She currently serves as organist and music director at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church and Temple B'nai Israel, as well as an adjunct vocal instructor for Victoria College, UIL accompanist and office manager at Rosewood Funeral Chapels.
