Emmily Ann Konecny of Yoakum and Payton Wick of Hallettsville plan to wed at 2 p.m. on April 26, 2014 at Saint John the Baptist Church in Koerth. Reverend Charles Sonnier of Sweet Home will officiate the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Sandra Daniels and Michael Konecny, both of Yoakum. She is the granddaughter of Dennis and Carol Konecny, both of Yoakum.

The groom is the son of the late Rebecca Wick and Mark Wick of Hallettsville. He is the grandson of Henry Wick and Charlene Wick, both of Hallettsville, and Georgia Mae White and the late Cecil A. White, of Wharton.

Kathryn Daniels of Yoakum will attend as maid of honor. Bridesmaids are Britney Gonzalez of Cuero and Kendra Millsop of Victoria. Lelah Stucky of Yoakum will attend as flower girl.

Will Migl of Lolita will serve as best man. Groomsmen are Daniel Garza of Victoria and Sterling Wick of Hallettsville. Rylan Jalufka of Hallettsville will serve as ring bearer. James Stucky will be an usher.

A reception will follow the ceremony at American Legion Hall in Sweet Home. The couple will reside in Hallettsville.

The bride is a 2012 graduate of Yoakum High School.

The groom is a 2009 graduate of Hallettsville High School.
