Best electronics: Best Buy

Best Buy store manager Mario Chavana was excited to hear about his store winning the Best of the Best competition for electronics.

"The differentiator for us is our customer service," Chavana said. "When a customer comes in and asks for something, we have it."

Chavana said his store carries just about every brand in the business because of the nondiscriminatory nature of the company.

"We just started shipping from store-to-store," Chavana said. "It's where a customer can ask for products available in other Best Buy locations. If you think about it, now every store is a warehouse."

"Tablets are the No. 1 thing right now," Chavana said.

Best Buy in Victoria has 80 employees, Chavana said.
