Best Golf Course: The Club at Colony Creek

New owners made improvements to the Club at Colony Creek in 2012 and now the club is a popular destination for golfers.

That, and it's a fun place to play are what makes the club the best golf course in the area, said Golf Director Matt Fawkes.

"You'll never get tired of playing at The Club at Colony Creek," Fawkes said. "As we say here: eat well, play often and laugh loud."

Amenities include an 18-hole golf course, a practice facility, a challenging chipping and putting green to help improve a player's short game, as well as a renovated clubhouse, open air patio and refreshing swimming pool.

Women can also take advantage of a free ladies golf instruction night which began in March. For more information, call the golf shop.
