Scene: Parade of Homes offers 14 custom masterpieces

Area builders have been working round the clock for months to put their custom homes on display - or in this case, on parade.

The annual Builders Association of Victoria Parade of Homes is currently in full swing, featuring 14 exceptional homes varying in square footage, architectural style and interior and exterior finishes.

The homes boast a variety of modern kitchens and bathroom ideas and other custom elements that are a must-see for homeowners - or seekers.

Here's a preview of the 2014 entries.

Address: 317 Tuscany Drive

Builder: Tony Prokop

Description: This 1,370-square-foot custom home in Tuscany Subdivision features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Exposed wood beams in spacious family and master bedrooms. Whirlpool black appliances and Sicilian granite are in the open-concept kitchen, which includes minibar and wine rack.

Description: A 2,800-square-foot custom home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a split bedroom concept. Granite countertops are in the kitchen and bathrooms with natural stone backsplashes.

Description: A 2,690-square-foot home, known as the Austin Model, in the TerraVista neighborhood. The kitchen is open to the family room and features a glass tile fireplace. Three themed bedrooms, including a log cabin room, girl's room with a large shopping mural and spare bedroom with fishing theme.
