Jaguars drop doubleheader to undefeated Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - UHV dropped a non-conference doubleheader against undefeated No. 1 Oklahoma City at Ann Lacy Stadium on Thursday.

The Jaguars (28-16) lost 4-2 in the first game, and fell 5-2 in 12 innings in the nightcap.

Aubri Hockenbury went 2-for-2 with a homerun and Haley Beam added an RBI single in Game 1.

Pitcher Michelle Revels took the loss for the Jaguars in Game 1.

Oklahoma City's (46-0) Kali Pogh had two runs with five RBIs.

Beam, who had an RBI double, took the loss in Game 2.

The Jaguars will continue Red River Athletic Conference play against Our Lady of the Lake University on April 21 at the Victoria Youth Sports Complex. The Saints will enter their matchup with UHV on a four-game winning streak.
