The Victoria Generals' game against the Texas Marshals on Friday night at Riverside Stadium was postponed because of the weather.
The Marshals were batting in the top of the first inning when the teams were pulled off the field because of lightning in the area.
After a delay of 1 hour and 32 minutes, the game was called off.
The teams will play a doubleheader at Riverside Stadium - with both games being seven innings - beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday.
The Generals will again wear their purple jerseys to fight Alzheimer's disease and they will be auctioned after the games.
