• VICTORIA - A Victoria County grand jury returned the following indictments Nov. 9.

• John Scott Camara, 45, of Victoria, on a charge of theft of property with two or more previous convictions May 20.

• Drake Alonzo Xavier Jimenez, 23, of Dayton, on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle Feb. 3.

• Jennifer Lynn Pena, 32, of Victoria, on a charge of abandoning or endangering a child criminal negligence March 13, 2016.

• Frank Ray Dimas, 44, of Victoria, on eight counts of theft of a firearm on various dates in 2016.

• Monica Garcia, 37, of Victoria, on two counts of forgery of a financial instrument May 23, 2016.

• Adolfo H. Ramirez Jr., 37, of Victoria, on a charge of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle June 22.

• Shedrick Dequincy Lemons, 40, of Victoria, on a charge of theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions April 9.

• Ruben Castillo Gonzales, 26, of Victoria, on charges of criminal mischief between $30,000 and $150,000 and accident involving injury Sept. 10, 2016.

• Mallory Raquel Perez, 30, of Victoria, on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age Feb. 6.

• Arieanna Mischale Duderstadt, 21, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram March 3.

• Martin Alexander Estrada, 27, of Victoria, on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance between 4 and 400 grams and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance less than 28 grams Dec. 20, 2016.

• Juan M. Flores-Navarro, 46, of Andrews, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram Feb. 26.

• Sharif Daniel Rachid, 31, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram Feb. 5.

• Paul Edward Vargas, 47, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram Feb. 14.

• Amy Lynnicole Villarreal, 26, of Victoria, on charges of obstruction or retaliation and two counts of harassment of a public servant May 27.

• Brandi Kay Heritage, 26, of Rockport, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams Feb. 16.

• Wayne Raymond Trumbley, 35, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams Feb. 16.

• Kevin Gabriel Muniz, 26, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams March 30, 2016.

• Robert Key Preston Jr., 41, of Seadrift, on a charge of unlicensed delivery or manufacture of a simulated controlled substance with intent to deliver Oct. 3, 2016.

• Clifton Bernard King, 38, of Victoria, on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone and three counts of abandoning or endangering a child with criminal negligence Feb. 21.

• David Allan Schwab, 60, of Victoria, on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon Aug. 20.

SENTENCED

• VICTORIA - Aramis Kahill Anderson, 19, of Victoria, to 180 days in jail, after he pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• VICTORIA - Stephanie Christina Arthur, 29, of Victoria, to two years in prison after a jury convicted her Sept. 20 of assault of a public servant.

• VICTORIA - Rebecca Lynn Black, 21, of Victoria, to 10 years in prison after he pleaded guilty Sept. 27 for assault of a family or household member by impeding breath or circulation.

• VICTORIA - Samuel Botsford, 59, of Victoria, to four years in prison after he pleaded guilty Sept. 11 to aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

• VICTORIA - James Lee Cain, 46, of Bloomington, to four years in prison after he pleaded guilty Sept. 29 to burglary of a habitation and three counts of theft of a firearm.

• VICTORIA - Jeffrey Davis Campbell Jr., 31, of Austin, to five years in prison after a jury convicted him Sept. 5 of online solicitation of a minor.

• VICTORIA - Fernando Kay Castaneda, 19, of Victoria, to 180 days in state jail after he pleaded guilty Sept. 12 to unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• VICTORIA - Logan Ray Cochran, 23, of Victoria, to two years in state jail after he pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to theft of a firearm.

• VICTORIA - Kenneth Lee Cooley Jr., 34, of Victoria, to 10 years in prison, $2,000 in fines and eight years probation after he pleaded guilty Sept. 12 to manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams.

• VICTORIA - William James Delagarza, 38, of Victoria, to 180 days in state jail after he pleaded guilty Sept. 11 to burglary of a building.

• VICTORIA - Paul Anthony Garcia Jr., 23, of Victoria, to 30 years in prison and fined $5,000 after he pleaded guilty on Sept. 27 to burglary of a habitation. He received 20 years in prison after pleading guilty Sept. 27 to evading arrest or criminal detention in a separate case.

• VICTORIA - Kristina Marie Gonzales, 30, of Pearsall, to 120 days in jail after pleading guilty Sept. 11 to unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• VICTORIA - Maria Delcarmen Gonzales, 60, of Victoria, to one year in jail, one year probation and fined $1,500 after pleading guilty Sept. 26 to possession of a gambling device, equipment or paraphernalia; gambling promotion; and keeping a gambling place. The prosecution abandoned one count of engaging in organized criminal activity.

• VICTORIA - Ronnie Jermah Harrison, 30, of Placedo, to nine months in state jail and fined $3,000 after pleading guilty Sept. 12 to theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

• VICTORIA - Sade Laquay Harvey, 31, of Victoria, to four years in prison after pleading guilty Sept. 25 to two counts of forgery of a government instrument, money or security. In a separate case, she was also sentenced to four years in prison and fined $2,000 after pleading guilty to theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions Sept. 26.

• VICTORIA - Natividad Hernandez, 65, of Victoria, to 30 days in jail after pleading guilty Sept. 11 to theft of property between $2,500 and $30,000.

• VICTORIA - Connie Elizabeth Herrera, 33, of Victoria, to two years in prison and fined $3,000 after she pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams.

• VICTORIA - Justin Ray Hood, 31, of Victoria, to 12 months in state jail and fined $3,000 after pleading guilty on Sept. 25 to forgery of a financial instrument.

• VICTORIA - Matthew Ray Luckey, 33, of Port Lavaca, to 10 years in prison and five years probation after pleading guilty Sept. 11 to possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams. The prosecution abandoned one count of possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility.

• VICTORIA - David Lee Nieto, 43, of Victoria, to two years in state jail and fined $3,000 after pleading guilty Sept. 25 to possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram. The prosecution abandoned one count of possession of a prohibited substance or item in a correctional facility.

• VICTORIA - Albert David Partida, 60, of Hallettsville, to 10 years in prison and fined $1,500 after pleading guilty Sept. 13 to driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

• VICTORIA - Ernest Perez, 42, of Victoria, to two years in prison and fined $2,000 after pleading guilty Sept. 18 to continuous violence against the family.

• VICTORIA - Albert Ramirez Jr., 40, of Telferner, to 180 days in jail after pleading guilty Sept. 20 to aggravated perjury.

• VICTORIA - Jack Walter Richardson Jr., 33, of Boling, to six months in state jail after pleading guilty Sept. 15 to manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

• VICTORIA - Janette Rubio, 53, of Victoria, to two years in state jail and fined $1,500 after pleading guilty Sept. 27 to unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• VICTORIA - Maria Elena Rubio, 63, of Victoria, to one year in jail, one year probation and fined $500 after pleading guilty Sept. 26 to possession of a gambling device, equipment or paraphernalia; gambling promotion; and keeping a gambling place. The prosecution abandoned one count of engaging in organized criminal activity.

• VICTORIA - Florentino Tovar Jr., 29, of Victoria, to two years in state jail after pleading guilty Sept. 26 to evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction and possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram. He was also sentenced to 20 years in prison and fined $5,000 after pleading guilty Sept. 26 to engaging in organized criminal activity in a separate case. The prosecution abandoned one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in that case.

• VICTORIA - Victor Estevan Tovar, 19, of Victoria, to two years in state jail and fined $3,000 after pleading guilty Sept. 25 to unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• VICTORIA - Caleb Andrew Weeks, 23, of Victoria, to 180 days in jail after pleading guilty Sept. 26 to tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

• VICTORIA - Trey Andrew Whittington, 20, of Victoria, to four years in prison and fined $3,000 after pleading guilty Sept. 13 to assault causing bodily injury to a family or household member two or more times within 12 months.

DISMISSED

• VICTORIA - An evading arrest or detention with a vehicle case against Bobby Ray Hodge, 43, of Victoria, Sept. 18.

• VICTORIA - An unauthorized use of a vehicle case against Alonzo William Hunt, 34, of Victoria, Sept. 13.

• VICTORIA - A bail jumping and failure to appear case against Javier Lopez Jr., 26, of Victoria, Sept. 11.

• VICTORIA - An aggravated robbery case against Frank Matthew Pena, 60, of Lake Jackson, Sept. 15.

• VICTORIA - A money laundering case against Nelly Angelica Romero, 22, of Houston, Sept. 11.
