Chance of rain today; minor coastal flooding

Thursday will be mostly cloudy becoming partly cloudy with a high in the upper 80s and a northeast 10 mph wind becoming light, according to the National Weather Service.
Thursday night will be partly cloudy with patchy fog after midnight. The low will be in the low 70s with a light east wind.
A coastal flood advisory continues into Friday morning for mid-Texas coasts. Minor coastal flooding along the coast and bay is expected to continue during and around high tide times.
Friday will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms that will increase to 30 percent in the afternoon. The high will be around 90 degrees with a light southeast wind increasing to 10 mph in the afternoon.
Friday night will be partly cloudy with a low in the lower 70s and a southeast 10 mph wind becoming light.
