Lee Anne Lightfoot recently began work as an assistant clinical professor in the University of Houston-Victoria School of Nursing. She teaches in both the Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Second Degree BSN programs.

Her role includes clinical support of students in the acute care hospital setting and classroom presentations focused on professional growth and development. She previously worked as an operations administrator for Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital.

Melissa Arnold has joined the UHV Admissions Office staff as a senior administrative assistant. She handles invoices, lease payments and day-to-day office duties. She previous worked as a legal assistant for Victoria attorney Charles Bluntzer. Arnold graduated from UHV in 2005 with a degree in legal assistance and administration.

Veronica McCants and Sarah Korczynski, broker/co-owners of RE/MAX Land & Homes recently facilitated the "Brian Buffini Peak Producers" training program.

Graduates of the comprehensive 12-week course were Victoria realtors Lorene Bothe, Karen Leita, Marco Porras, Debbie Kowalik, Reynolds Tharp and Kathy Hamilton along with Lindsey Smith and Marolyn Cummins from RE/MAX Land & Homes on the Bay in Port Lavaca.

The program helps agents with any level of experience develop the skills of top producers in the industry.
