Food stolen from Chinese restaurant

Less than $100 of food was stolen from Sichuan Garden in the 2000 block of East Red River Street on Sept. 23, according to a Victoria Police report.

Car bumper, license plates stolen

A front bumper and Texas license plates were reported stolen off of a 2008 Honda Accord in the 1600 block of Lova Drive on Sept. 23, according to a Victoria Police report.

The items were valued between $100-$750, the report said.

Arrested

VICTORIA — A 35-year-old Victoria man by officers on Sept. 23 on an in-state warrant charging him with with violation of parole.

VICTORIA — A 59-year-old Victoria man by deputies on Sept. 23 on suspicion of assault causing injury to a family member and interfering with an emergency request for assistance.

VICTORIA — A 36-year-old Porter man by officers on Sept. 23 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

VICTORIA — A 17-year-old Victoria man by officers on Sept. 23 on suspicion of assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

VICTORIA — A 45-year-old Victoria man by deputies on Sept. 23 on suspicion of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance 200-400 grams, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance 4-400 grams and possession of a dangerous drug.

VICTORIA — A 43-year-old Victoria woman by deputies on Sept. 23 on a warrant charging her with two Class C misdemeanors and on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

VICTORIA — A 41-year-old Victoria woman by deputies on Sept. 23 on a warrant charging her with credit or debit card abuse.

VICTORIA — A 22-year-old Houston man by officers on Sept. 24 on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and unlawfully carrying a weapon.
