Victoria police executed a search warrant for evidence Thursday morning at a Victoria home.
The search warrant’s execution in the 300 block of Power Avenue posed no danger to students at nearby Mitchell School, said Senior Police Officer David Brogger, spokesman for the Victoria Police Department. Investigators had finished that investigation by the afternoon but found nothing, he said.
“It has nothing to do with the school,” Brogger said.
The nature of the case for which the warrant was executed was unavailable, said Brogger, who cited an ongoing investigation as the reason for secrecy.
