Lariat Lane stabbing

Victoria police officers and detectives stand outside a home in the 400 block of Lariat Lane, where a stabbing occurred.

The 28-year-old woman who was taken into custody Monday after a stabbing in the 400 block of Lariat Lane has been identified as Keely Dandley, of Victoria.

Dandley was charged with aggravated assault to a date, family member or household member with a weapon, according to a news release form the Victoria Police Department.

The 66-year-old woman who was attacked was identified as Dandley’s mother, Elizabeth Duckworth, of Victoria.

Duckworth was taken to DeTar Hospital Navarro where she was listed in stable condition Tuesday night, said Judith Barefield, a spokeswoman with the hospital.
