Both Victoria school district high schools could have new staff and administrators soon.

The Victoria school board is expected to discuss employment of personnel during a monthly meeting on Thursday at the administration building on Profit Drive.

According to the agenda, the board will discuss the appointment for principal at Victoria East High School and the appointment of a band director at Victoria West High School.

The board will also discuss the appointment of the VISD Education Foundation’s new executive director. The foundation announced Robin Harkey, a former grant development coordinator for the University of Houston-Victoria, as the new executive director on June 3.
