Hope Meadows subdivision in Bloomington

Mark Longoria, the president of the Victoria County Long-Term Recovery Group, shows where the main road to the Hope Meadows subdivision will be located in Bloomington.

Applications are now available for those interested in applying for a home in Hope Meadows, the $4.6 million, 40-house subdivision in Bloomington.

The Victoria County Long-Term Recovery Group and partners are building the subdivision for Victoria County residents who are still struggling to recover after Hurricane Harvey, according to a news release from the Victoria County Long-Term Recovery Group.

The infrastructure is expected to be complete this fall. Home building should begin shortly thereafter.

The Mennonite Disaster Service, Disaster Aid Ohio, Civil Corp, Cullen Law Firm, First Community Bank of Victoria and other partners will provide resources for this project.
