DeWitt County Drainage District No. 1 will hold public meetings Friday to present a plan to protect property and enhance the quality of life within its jurisdiction, according to a news release.
The plan identifies drainage concerns and includes recommendations from the district’s engineering firm, Doucet & Associates.
After a short presentation, the public may ask questions of those engineers as well as district staff.
The meetings will be at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the Cuero Public Library, 200 E. Main St.
