Ruth Ann Barnard

• Occupation: Retired

• Hometown: Victoria

Why honored: Ruth Ann Barnard is an Everyday Hero because of the years she has been volunteering her time and energy to help the First Presbyterian Church of Victoria. Her efforts have been directed toward the work of the church office. She has also served as head of the acolytes and taken communion to members who were unable to attend church services. Ruth Ann has enjoyed participating in the making of prayer shawls, knowing that the shawls convey comfort to those who use them.
