A 67-year-old Victoria woman was taken to a hospital Tuesday afternoon after a 2-vehicle wreck at the intersection of North Navarro Street and Zac Lentz Parkway.

Susan Toombs, 67, was taken to DeTar Hospital Navarro because her ribs were hurting from the impact of the crash, said Bryan Knief, a traffic safety officer with the Victoria Police Department. No other injuries were reported.

Toombs was eastbound on the feeder road, crossing the North Navarro Street intersection, when she T-boned a Honda Accord in the 7100 block of North Navarro Street, Knief said. The driver of the Accord, 19-year-old Lillian Lopez, of Edna, ran a red light while northbound in the inside lane of North Navarro Street.

The Victoria Police Department and Victoria Fire Department responded to the crash about noon. Knief said Lopez received a citation for running the red light.
