KERRVILLE, Texas (AP) - A San Antonio man was sentenced to 25 years in prison for helping dispose of a wealthy retiree's body.Kerr County prosecutors dropped a murder charge against Ricardo Giovannetti, and he then pleaded guilty Wednesday to engaging in organized crime and tampering with physical evidence.Allan Kowalski's body was found in 2008 buried in his backyard in Ingram, about 60 miles northwest of San Antonio.Authorities say Kowalksi, a retired investment banker, had befriended some recently released felons.More than a dozen people were indicted on charges related to Kowalski's murder and sale of his classic cars and other belongings.Last month Charles Lee Tidwell was sentenced to 45 years in prison after pleading guilty to murder and organized criminal activity.___Information from: Kerrville Daily Times,
