ARCELIA SILVIA OOTEN VICTORIA - Arcelia Silvia Ooten, 76 of Victoria passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2019. She was born in El Palmito Durango, Mexico on November 14, 1942 to Manuel Villarreal and Felicitas Perez Villarreal. She was a wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Larry L. Ooten; daughters, Norma Jean (Donald) Morris of League City, Deyanira Araceli Morgan of Victoria, Arcelia Sylvia Ooten (James) Palmer of Flagstaff, AZ, Erika Ann O. (Daniel) Biediger of Houston; sister, Elizabeth Villarreal De Perez of Torreon Coahuila, Mexico; brother, Victor Manuel Villarreal of Torreon Coahuila, Mexico and seven grandchildren, Joshua, Benjamin, Alexandria, Ana-Kaitlin, Rebecca, Isaac and Linus. In addition to her parents, Arcelia was preceded in death by a sister, Magdalena Villarreal. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 from 1-2 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will begin at 2 PM on Wednesday with Rev. David Hudson officiating. Entombment will follow in Resurrection Mausoleum.
