Michael Cloud has proven track record of commitment to community

I’ve known Michael since he first moved to Victoria, and he is certainly a person that I call a true friend.

Michael is well-respected and has a proven track record of being committed and working for all. The Washington machine is out of control, and it’s both parties. There’s no right or wrong anymore in Washington, and it will stay that way unless we make a change. We must elect men and women who have strong biblical values and who will put God first among everything else. My friend Michael is who we need.

Michael’s opponent is Bech Bruun. I question a few things about his run for office.

There are things that don’t add up. As an Austin native not in this district who files near the deadline, now claims residence in Rockport. Bruun raised $272,000 in less than 60 days and $325,000 by the March 6th primary, mainly donations received from special interest groups. In the Victoria Advocate newspaper’s guest column on May 10, he accuses Super PACs in Washington of putting out attack ads against him and asking you to follow the money trail. Bruun is trying to fool everyone with political tricks. Check his financials! This is a great example of how the Washington machine operates.
